Your Fawn Lake Community Association (FLCA) serves the community by promoting a safe, comfortable, distinctive and enjoyable quality of life for all residents. Toward this end, the FLCA establishes and implements protective covenants and neighborhood guidelines. Residents are encouraged to take part in this effort and we welcome your participation at community meetings, by serving on board committees, and through open forum discussions related to the well-being of our neighborhoods.

Nestled in Spotsylvania County, Virginia—just 15 miles from Fredericksburg and 25 miles from Culpeper—Fawn Lake is a vibrant gated community built around a 288-acre deep-water lake with more than seven miles of wooded shoreline. Established in the late 1980s, the neighborhood is home to over 1,400 residences and offers a unique blend of natural beauty and modern amenities. Inside the gate, residents enjoy access to numerous amenities including our lake, beach area, and a private, membership-based Fawn Lake Country Club.
